💰 RATES

My rates usually depend on the track length and difficulties, but the base rates listed below will give you an idea of how much the track will cost. More often than not, the final price is the same as the base rate.

Base rates exclude the PayPal international fee: 4.4% + USD 0.30. Will be calculated using https://salecalc.com/paypal. And Saweria transaction fee: 5%.

For fellows Indonesian, the conversion rate is IDR 12,500 per USD 1.

Full Arrangement

• Length: Up to 4 minutes (Check note for longer tracks).
• Base rate: USD 70.
• Turnaround time: ~ 2 weeks (Rush service: 1 week).

TV Size Arrangement

• Length: Up to 2 minutes.
• Base rate: USD 45.
• Turnaround time: ~ 1 week (Rush service: 3 days).

Note:

• An additional USD 10 per minute for track longer than 4 minutes, i.e., 5 minutes track will be USD 80 (70 + 10) and so on. This will also makes the turnaround time to be a bit longer.
• If the full track is less than 2 minutes, I will apply the TV Size rate instead.
• Turnaround time refer to the time you’ll receive the first full audition file (WAV) of the track (before revision).
• Turnaround time for rush service listed above are for tracks up to 4 minutes long. Please discuss beforehand if you intend to use the rush service option for tracks longer than 4 minutes.
• Stems are multi-track renders of each instrument in the project, which are useful if you want to mix the instrumental yourself or have it done by your mixing engineer.
• Project File is in .RPP format, created using the latest version of REAPER 7 with additional 3rd party plugins. All tracks are frozen to ensure you can open the project without issues. You can unfreeze each track to make changes, but please ensure all required plugins are installed beforehand. A list of plugins will also be included.

🧑‍🎨 HOW TO PROCEED?

First, email me at farpras28 (at) outlook.com or DM me on Twitter/X, with these information included:

• Detail of the song that you want to commission (artist + title).
• Link to the song (YouTube/Spotify/other), if any.
• Specify whether you want full/tv size, rush service, include stems, project file, etc.
• Additional information/request/question about the commission, if any.

After that, I will get back to you with the availability of the track for commission (full track commission is exclusive; see my policy below) and also the final price that you need to pay if you want to proceed.

To proceed, please send the full payment to either PayPal or Saweria, and I will start working on the track after the full payment has been received.

When the track is ready, I will send you the link to the audition file in WAV format. You get 2 revisions included in the price. But keep in mind that revisions have to be reasonable. For example, I can’t accept a revision to change the arrangement of an entire chorus part, etc.

When you’re happy with the track, I will then send you all the files in a zip archive.

🚨 COMMISSION’S POLICY

• Full Arrangement commissions are exclusive, meaning no one else can commission the same song.
• For TV Size commissions, others can still commission the Full Arrangement version of the same song.
• You’re allowed to use it for your cover, BGM, or any creative works.
• You may also publish your works to the streaming platform (Spotify, iTunes, etc.) without additional fee/royalty/revenue share.
• Redistributing the instrumental track (as it is) is prohibited.
• Credit is not required but much appreciated if you do.
